Yes, in fact. There are special security features that are increasingly being added around the world. As the counterfeiters become more clever in copying one bill, it is often replaced by another with different security features.

Did anyone get the old "counterfeit money" illustration?
by themonster123 ina couple of my old witness girlfriends came over last night (note-i only recently left the org.
like 2 months ago, so people are still trying to get me to come back and "reason" with me)...and they used that stupid "counterfeit money" illustration.
i swear, every time i tell people i don't think it's the truth, they put that old illustration on me!

Jesus used illustrations all the time, along with viewpoint questions. Also, if a person didn't get one illustration, he'd use a second, even a third. Like he did in Luke 15: a lost sheep, a lost coin, a lost son.
To me, the point of the Real vs. Fake Currency illustration is straightforward enough. Nobody likes being defrauded. The Creator even moreso. It takes a mature sense to know the value of having the real thing. There are possibly serious consequences such as jail time for using Fake Currency. There are, likewise, serious consequences for trying to fool God in our worship to him. Our relationship with him will be a sham, as well.
A similar point is made with the Dirty Lollipop illustration. Nobody wanting a sweet candy likes the taste of dirt with it, or the thought of catching a possible disease from an unwashed treat. Maturity is needed to overcome the innate desire to pick up and taste the dirty candy. There are possibly serious consequences, such as indigestion, for ingesting a sweet from the gutter. There are, likewise, ill effects even in our health for engaging in illicit activities.

JWs: "YOU must pray, then, this way: 'Our Father...'"
by AuldSoul inmatthew 6:9 "you must pray, then, this way: our father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified.
'" (nwt).
we know the bible shows jesus praying to his father, but who is our father?.

Jesus' father is Jehovah, the Hearer of prayer, to whom Jesus directed us to pray in the Our Father. This knowledge comes from meditating and reasoning on the Holy Scriptures, by means of Jehovah's holy spirit.

What makes you think this thread is about advocating the repitition of prayer?
I was simply responding to moomanchu directly above my last post. Many millions do repeat the "Our Father", or "Lord's Prayer", believing that the words themselves are important; in reality, Jesus was stressing thoughts and priorities, rather than an exact "magic-like" formula.
Just because the Bible may not use the name Jehovah in a prayer quoting Jesus doesn't rule that point out. John 17:6-10 states: 6 “I have made your name manifest to the men you gave me out of the world. They were yours, and you gave them to me, and they have observed your word. 7 They have now come to know that all the things you gave me are from you; 8 because the sayings that you gave me I have given to them, and they have received them and have certainly come to know that I came out as your representative, and they have believed that you sent me forth. 9 I make request concerning them; I make request, not concerning the world, but concerning those you have given me; because they are yours, 10 and all my things are yours and yours are mine, and I have been glorified among them.

This is Q. Bert to say that each of us has a personal value system, based on the choices each has made. To claim that an organization that I was never a member of has hijacked my life... well, that would be irresponsible of me. I am still personally accountable for all my words, decisions, and conduct, including any misrepresentations I have made. I have to live with my choices, and their affects on others. Even putting off a decision is still a decision. I choose my consequences, whether I think of it that way or not. And so is every human I know of so far.

Matthew 6:7 starts by saying, "But when praying, do not say the same things over and over again, just as the people of the nations do, ..." That's just 2 verses before he gives begins to outline some key and acceptable elements in a prayer.

Joseph served as Zaphenath-paneah in Pharoah's government [Gen.41:45]. Daniel served in Nebudchadnezzar's as Belteshazzar [Dan.2:26, 48]. Both were part of God's way of looking after his chosen people. So was Hadassah, who served as Queen Esther [Esther 2:7, 17] under King Ahasuerus. So there is precedent, if it were to be God's way now.
